Outpatient Physical therapy and wellness facility
We offer physical therapy services to patients with various musculoskeletal and spine pain and problems. Patients are seen in our facility due to minor or major injuries along with after surgeries. We see patients of varying ages and accept a wide range of insurances. If you don't have insurance, we also have patients who pay cash. In addition to physical therapy services, we offer a Fit for Life program where you may work out for a monthly fee. Beginning in August of 2013, we will begin Exercise/Balance Ball classes 2 Saturdays per month. For more information, please call our office at 864-292-0011. You don't need a Doctor's referral to visit your local physical therapist.

How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since June 2005
What is your primary product or service?
Physical therapy services along with programs for balance and wellness to aid in fitness and weight loss
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Interest was stemmed due to playing sports in middle and high school along with desire to help others. After volunteer work and prayer, felt led that this was my calling. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Newberry College, Newberry SC along with Masters in Physical therapy from the Medical University of SC, Charleston, SC.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our establishment is smaller with more one on one attention to patients. We can work patients in same day for both physical therapy services for treatment as well as new evaluations. We also work on assignment with attorneys. This means that if an individual is in a vehicle accident and is in need of care and an attorney due to finances and being unable to get case settle to receive treatment, we will work with the attorney's office and will wait on our payment until the case is settled.

One location and we desire to expand when the time is right

Take I-385 to Haywood Road (Exit 39). Turn left at light onto Haywood Road. Continue straight on Haywood Road in the right hand lane until you come to the intersection of Haywood Road and East North Street Turn right onto East North Street. Stay in the inside lane. BiLo will be on your left and Zaxby’s on your right. Our office is in the Patchwork Plaza which is directly behind Bilo’s. We are located in Suite 14.

From Pelham Road, turn left onto Haywood Road. Continue straight on Haywood Road until you come to the intersection of Haywood Road and East North Street. From I-85 North or South, take the I-385 North Exit (Exit 51). From I-385 you will continue for 4 miles to the Haywood Road Exit (Exit 39). Turn right off the exit ramp at the light onto Haywood Road. Continue straight on Haywood Road in the right hand lane until you come to the intersection of Haywood Road and East North Street. We accept a wide range of insurances including medicaid for individuals up to 19 years of age, credit cards, cash payment at a set rate, and we work with Care Credit which is a medical credit card.
