I learned the hard way about this used car dealer! I wrecked my 2005 Escalade 12/17/15. I work in KY but residence is in Blacksburg, SC. During this time I didn't have a lot of time to shop due to holidays, etc. We found a 2007 Escalade at this dealer and went in to look at it. After a couple of days, we decided that we were interested in purchasing, but there were several items that we wanted fixed before the deal was done. Bottom line, they don't care what they are selling as I explained that I had to travel alone due to my employment and needed a car that I could depend on. Before I even got out of Greenville, the car was clicking (motor) loudly and it has been nothing but trouble and I don't feel comfortable that I can get n the car without something else going wrong. Check engine light has been on and off several times, even after I took to my reputable mechanic. Stable Trak system has been turned off because it says needs service, headlight balist just burned out, spent upwards of $300.00 for repairs to back power window and windshield wiper (which they were supposed to have fixed before we purchased), low oil pressure light comes on and off, and the list goes on and on. We had the CarFax report, but bottom line is this dealer is about as dishonest as they come. Will never recommend this dealer to anyone, and if you do purchase from them, keep in mind, these places know how to clear "check engine" codes and they know just how long before the code will pop up again. I do not trust anything that comes out of their mouth. Now I am stuck trying to find another vehicle and hoping and praying I can trade the "bad deal" I purchased from them. I hope they can sleep good I night, but most of all I hope my review makes anyone think twice, maybe 3 or 4 times before believing anything they say about their vehicles.
